The room I was initially given, the toilet unfortunately wasn't functioning. They then not only moved me but upgraded my room. I absolutely loved the room! The staff, Alex was helpful enough to sort my room out, he was very friendly and approachable. The owner, Carole was very kind as well. All in all, I loved my stay at Dukes!
