The location was perfect; bakery, Tabac and grocery store right across the road, lots of nice restaurants close by, amazing beach where the kids played all day, boat and bike rentals close by, sailing school for kids, bus is free in July and Aug so convenient to go into Annecy or neighbouring towns. House was very well equipped for families and nicely updated. Welcome binder gave a great orientation to the area. Owner was very responsive and informative.

Beautiful family run guest house in the heart of idyllic Tuscany. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The room was large and luxurious and the house was peaceful and elegant. we arrived late but reception managed to find us a table at their restaurant, Casa Masi, which is very popular with the locals. Delicious food! Overall a fantastic stay, we’ll definitely be back! Oh and the resident hound Olga is a sweetheart.

Thé property has a beautiful location against the Annecy lake, clean rooms, nice lobby and beautiful outside seating area near the restaurant. Double family suites with a balcony are amazing. Excellent spa center with a pool and large accessible underground parking area. Staff is very effective and with willingness to help in everything. « Le Ricochet » restaurant and bar are well managed with gourmet menu and delicious dishes.
