The host was very communicative and responsive. Check in was very easy. Duplex was very comfortable and in a great neighborhood. Easy walk to city center parking available. Would definitely stay again.

I was fascinated by these apartments, it was so cozy! I will say that people definitely made this place with soul. The kitchen had all the necessary: beautiful ceramic dishes, delicious tea and coffee, good appliances - a person can feel at home and relax. I liked the renovation, especially in the bathroom - really high quality. The towels smelled perfectly, I was very pleased that there was a hairdryer and an iron, and it was also nice to find games for children on the shelf. I recommend this!🥰

We were there for a wedding located outside Rouen but could still enjoy a bit of the town due to the really good location of the flat. A private parking is also available on demand which was also really convenient for us. The flat has a lot of charm and flair and nicely furnished. Easy and really well organized check in/check out. perfect solution for 1 night. Have everything - 2 rooms app (living with kitchen and bedroom), verrry clean. Comphy bed, balcony for smoke. Garage parking with direct elevator for just 10 euro. Location good - 2 minutes to metro and 4 stops (10 min) to the center. the most amaising for me - that this is pansion for elderly. All satff and residents are super friendly
