I don't write comments that often, but in this case I would like to do it especially. My stay at Villa de Nid exceeded my expectations. It was a great choice. I am writing this as an experienced and frequent vacationer in Nice. I have visited many high-level comfort apartments and I have experience. I would like to mention the following important things for Villa de Nid: 1. The meeting and key transfer was done flawlessly and even before the stated time of registration, and my husband and I did not have to wait. Jean-Luc gave us a great presentation of his apartments. We immediately felt great respect and care for the guests of this villa. 2. The apartment is very clean and comfortable especially in the summer season. The shower and sink are new and have the appearance of regular cleaning. The double bed is gorgeous. Our Saphir apartments had a central entrance and were split-level. And this is very important for the summer. The bedroom was in the basement. The night sleep and the afternoon siesta were very comfortable. Constant temperature and coolness. And most importantly, without any use of an air conditioner. This is very important. And ... which is unusual for Nice. Complete silence at night due to the location of the bedroom and its window. There is a separate sofa on the first level, which in extreme cases can be used as an extra bed. 3. Villa de Nid is divided into six apartments with separate entrances. But the most amazing thing is that we very rarely crossed paths with our neighbors in the villa. The architecture of the villa is well thought out. Full sound insulation. 4. The kitchen is fully equipped. Washing machine (two). Always free. Swimsuits and towels can be dried very quickly on the terrace. 5. Location. Who came only to visit the beach and have constant fun in bars on the first line of the sea, this option is not suitable. But for experienced vacationers like us, the location was very convenient. The beach is 1.6 euro and four tram stops.

We loved the location and the view from the apartment. The apartment was very nicely equipped with a washing machine, coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator. Free parking. We appreciated the owners welcome and hospitality.

Daniel was an amazing host. He met us at the parking and then walked us over to the apartment. He went through all the features, how to use the appliances, etc. The apartment had so many extras, including things for the beach (our visit was a little rainy). The view was amazing! The tram is right outside the door and only 15 minutes from Old Town and the airport (other direction). He gave us great suggestions for food which we loved.

What did we like? - Everything! It's an exceptional small boutique hotel with a really lovely atmosphere. Positioned on a hill in a residential area surrounded by villas and gardens it is away from the hussle and bustle of Nice, but walkable to the town or a short cab ride. Rooms are tastefully decorated with luxurious shower rooms. Staff are so friendly and good humoured, nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast is delicious and the bar also serves a selection of meals. The garden and pool are a small oasis of peace and calm. I travelled with family and friends but would definitely return with my husband. A delightful stay.
