We rented the small studio and it was very comfortable for a short stay. The room had everything we needed. It was very clean and quiet too. The bed was comfortable, the small kitchen was perfect for making coffe in the morning. There's a nice bakery just around the corner that's perfect for nice breakfast. The team is wonderful and responsive. It was great!

The apartment has an elegant 2-level loft layout that provides a lot of space. The facilities (kitchen, laundry, etc) were completely sufficient for our 6-day stay. The attached balcony is perfect for breakfast or afternoon tea or wine. The overall atmosphere was excellent with a nice outdoor garden and tasteful decoration inside. While being fairly close to the city center, transportation and restaurants, the apartment was very quiet. It was also exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Finally, the owner Jean-Luc was one of the nicest, friendliest hosts we've ever met!

It was the best choise, we made. Everything was so close. The beach, the bakery, the pharmacy, the shops, the tram/bus, hospital but luckily we dont need that. And you have a free parking space in the parking lot about 50m from you. That was priceless. In Nice the parking spaces and just only moving with cars, its terribble. And at the end, i need to say some word about Mr. Tran, he is a very friendly, very helpful, very profound/ accurate man. At his apartment, we had everything, when i say everything, i mean everything. For example : Water in the fridge, salt, olive oils, cooking dishes, wasching machine, hair dryer, bread baker, water boiler (hot water maker for tea) coffe things, bed sheets, etc. A lot of useful things. The Winnie the Pooh book was a big favorite at our child Oh child bed, child seat for eating. So, i can say 1000 more words. But the bottom lines, its very very RECOMMENDED, when you want to stay in Nice. Thanks!

Amazing location, in front of the beach, 10 minutes away from the city's center by tramway with the tramway's station just across the street, wonderful sea front view, very comfortable , clean and very well equipped apartament. The free and secured parking was a big advantage as well. Daniel is an amazing guy, he gave us many useful informations and recommandations. Thank you for your hospitality !

I can only speak in superlatives about our stay and the hotel itself. The room was superb, the location and most importantly the staff were outstanding. Everyone was extremely welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure we have the best experience possible. We did book breakfast as well, which was absolutely amazing, huge selection of fresh and tasty options.
