The kind lady at the front desk was so helpful with information. She was friendly and took her time to explain to us about the bus to the train. She looked up the schedule, explained where to go to catch the bus and how much it would cost. She knew where to send us to eat when our Hotel restaurant was closed for the holiday. When we didn’t know it was a holiday she took the time to tell us about Victory Day. She was a world of knowledge and so much help to us. the beds were comfortable, there were extra pillows in the closet, the location is the best, the shower had plenty of warm/hot water and very good pressure and we had a view out our Juliet balcony and the river of Mont Saint Michel.

Excellent location with a stunning view. The hotel is close to the shuttle bus station, which is better than expected. The staffs are warm and friendly, helped us a lot during the stay. Dinner was perfect, we had the best omelette ever. We are looking forward to the next visit.
