Marie and David was extremely nice and attentive during our stay. We had a bottle of welcoming wine and was shown our own parking place in a closed area. Very nice place, although there was a lot of noise from work right outside the building. Luckily we were mostly out, enjoying the city, amongst others. The apartment and stay was a near ten, and we were lucky with the weather in start of April (2nd-7th) Big thanks to David and Marie for their kindness, and we hope to visit you again, maybe for a longer summer vacation some day 😎❤️ Best wishes from Christian and Anastasiya.

Friendly hosts. Comfortable beds and rooms. Two balconies. Two bathrooms. Nicely arranged and furnished and soundproofed. The perfect place to stay. Close to shops beach and train station. Hope to stay here again some time. Carine is warm and relaxed and makes one feel very welcome

Wonderful view over the bay, just a step across the road to the beach and the sea. Extremely well organised spacious flat, very tastily decorated, well supplied with good quality kitchenware, comfortable bed, sofa, outdoor and indoor seats, a large terrace to occupy at leisure. Total luxury at a very reasonable price in October! Very personable host, Jean Marie, kept in touch with WhatsApp for arrival and departure times and we met him a few times in the residence. Easy to park the car and come in and out as we wished. Shops nearby and lovely takeaway pizza to enjoy watching the beautiful sunset. Very quiet.

The apartment is situated in a quiet residential area only a few minutes from the beaches / bars and restaurants at Juan Les Pins. It is also located very close to several supermarkets and the train station. The apartment is in excellent condition, it was spotlessly clean and had every gadget that you could need on holiday, a real home from home. Parking is underground and very convenient. The added bonus is the amazing private garden and patio with a barbeque. Although we did not use it because of the time of the year, there is a nice pool in the gardens / grounds too. We were met by Katia on arrival and departure who was excellent. All in all this apartment is highly recommended.

Perfectly located for Juan-les-Pins town and the beach. Everything you need in the kitchen, including a dishwasher. Equipped with a washing machine and even a beach umbrella. Friendly and welcoming host. Parking is a bit tricky to access (narrow and steep), so careful with a big car, but super convenient to have it.
