The apartment is located in a two-story building nested in beautifully crafted garden at the pointe of La Croisette. It is a spacious apartment with three suites and a beautiful view on the garden. The location is 7 minutes walk from the beach and 2 K from the city center. The apartment is richly furnished and fully equipped they thought of every single little detail. However, what made the difference is Richard, our host. His generosity and genuine kindness made our stay exceptional.

Everything was great from top to bottom - Value was great for the size of the room, i was alone but easily spacious enough for a couple/family. Breakfast was 7-11am which is perfect if you are an early riser or want to sleep in, and had good selection. Very near to the city center (<5 mins walking), especially if you're taking the train for day trips along the south coast like i did.

*** A cozy and charming retreat in Cannes *** We stayed at Cannes Villa St. Barth from June 8th to June 15th, 2023, for our anniversary trip. This beautiful Villa is located in a quiet and scenic area, just a few minutes by car from the city center and the beaches. Our room was spacious and elegant, with a comfortable king-size bed, a terrace overlooking the garden. The staff was very friendly and attentive, always ready to help us with anything we needed. The Villa offered an delicious authentic French breakfast every morning with personal choices, with a variety of freshly backed croissants, local fruits, etc. Although we didn’t use the available spa, we enjoyed the pool, and the outside sitting/bar area, where we could relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing. We had a fantastic time at Villa St. Barth, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and charming retreat in Cannes. Thank you for making our anniversary trip so special! The older establishment is well-kept. I was warmly welcomed. The private desk in the room , wifi and complimentary fax service were very helpful. I appreciated the assortment of tea and the complimentary services included in the price. The place offers many complimentary amenities, making it a great value overall. However, be aware that food restaurants are limited after 10 pm

I liked the overall service, the quality of the apartment, and its facilities, everything is like new after renovation I assume. The location was great, close to everything major in the city and the embankment. Olga, the apartment manager, was kind enough to meet me on arrival and show me around, help with the parking for the car, and was always willing to help whenever I needed something 👏 They even prepared a sweet gift during my stay which was very unexpected and nice to get 😏 I'd highly recommend this place to my friends and will stay here again when I visit next time.

I liked it all very much. The apartment is located next to the sea. The apartment is large and comfortable The room was waiting for replenishment from the company in the form of Wine and cookies
