We have been at flat called Loire (ground floor): Large flat with two bedrooms, living room and well equiped kitchen (also for own cooking) just 10 minutes walking from Angers city centre. Comfortable and clean with specific realization of showers and toilets, but we really enjoy it. We didn`t see the landlord but communication through messages (WhatsApp, Booking platform) was without problems. Just 2-3 minutes there is a small romantic "square" with shops, bakery, caffeteries and groceries... Bus and railway station is just 5 minutes walking. Great value for that money, for family and business time in nice Angers...
