The house is gorgeous and has a wonderful garden with plenty of beautiful plants and shade to spend the hottest time of the day. It had everything we needed and the hosts were super helpful and always responded very quickly. The house is located in the quiet area of Alcudia three minutes walk from the nicest part of the beach (it is perfect for young children!). Can't recommend it more and will definitely come back.

The location of the house was perfect - the nearest beach was very nice, supermarket just a few minutes by walk, no problem with parking, and we had breakfast every day at "L'Épicerie" (5 minutes on foot) - very good coffee and bakery and other stuff like vegetables, fuet, etc. The house itself was nice, spacious and clean. The terrace was also nice, especially that it is near living room, so the kids can be inside watching TV or sleep and the adults can have a nice glass of wine or dinner outside. The fence around the garden is well made so we were not interrupted by walkers on the street at all. There is a big grill available which was also nice to have. The hosts kindly prepared for us some baby staff, communication was very good. Be aware there is a bigger hotel opposite the house, and there are some programs every evening, starting from 20:30 until 23:00 if I remember correctly. I read in some reviews that it is too noisy and annoying, but for us it was not a problem at all, we mostly made fun of it and even dance or sing - it is about your state of mind if you will hate or love it or just live with it :) Also, if you are in the house and close the windows, there is no chance to hear it.

Joana was already waiting for us while we arrived. Thanks a lot for the warm welcome. She shown us the apartment and there were even cake and wine as present. The fruit basket is also fully filled with fresh fruit. Over expectation! The apartment is right next to he beach, so that you can change your cloth in the apartment and coming out to the beach with sunglasses like the pros :-) The sand toys, beach chairs, beach umbrellas are also available in the garage. BTW, there is also warm water shower in the garage so that you do not need to go back home at the end of the day with too much sand on the body. Everything is perfect. I hope, and I think we will come back :-)
