Location, Location, location…did I mention location? We traveled in October, weather was perfect and there were no crowds. Miguel clearly communicated with us and was eager to help. we had a minor issue with the apartment during our stay and he quickly worked to resolve the issue. The apartment we had included everything we needed for our stay. As full disclosure, apartment is a little dated and was the only reason I didn’t mark all :D. however I have no issue fully recommending Mirada de Alcudia for a wonderful beach vacation.

Hotel totaly oriented on families with kids. Kids and teens anymation from the morgen till late night. Evenieng show every day. Restaurant like in 5 stars hotel, each evening new menu for dinner and new evening style. Kids swimming pool with trampoline.

We opted for Breakfast and Dinner, that was awesome. Great options to chose. great place to eat Close to beach. 30 sec walk into beach. Great indoors pool with Sauna and steam room 2 outdoor pools were also wonderful The daily activities (For kids, Karaoke nights, dance nights) were all well organized. The attached bar was great The kids had wonderful time, Staff were very friendly/patient with kids's demand (TT table, football, badminton as well as Mini golf) Great location in terms visiting other parts of Mallorca

Everything is great, the friendly staff, the great rooms, the balconys, the pool, the cleanliness and the location. A few minitues to the amazing beach, restaurants and shops. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The design is great. Room was filled with natural light, spacious, clean, neat. Bed super big, comfortable and well located within the room. All the facilities top-notch and the spa delightful. The breakfast, one of the best I ever had in a hotel. And a special mention to the staff, professional, friendly and positive. John was really helpful and especially kind with us. Big kudos to everyone for creating such a lovely atmosphere!!!

The location of the resort was amazing with direct access to the beach and all playa de muro shops & restaurants walkable. The staff was absolutely amazing - The manager at the hotel Mr. Guiem Mestre was an excellent host who went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. Gigi who ran the kids club was superb. She planned new activities every day and our 6-year-old preferred spending time with her all day rather than enjoying the world outside. We were also given a courtesy room to cater to our late evening flights out of Mallorca. Overall a memorable visit and would love to come back here again. Thanks Gupotel team.
