Great staff and special thanks to José. When we came we get room on the first floor next to stairs/elevators. It was very noisy here for me but hotel is sending satisfactory form during your stay. After my complains about this (because of my insomnia) José solved our problem with proposal of other room on higher floor not next to stairs/elevators when we came after looking at proposed room another proposal came to change our hotel for better one from same group event with room upgrade from standard to junior suit. We ended up feeling so lucky and satisfied.

We really enoyed talking to the staff, specifically the man in the reception that checked us in and the funny man in the pool area which had the zumba in the pool and other activities
