The hotel is in an excellent location in the centre of Tartu. It has a shopping centre attached and a significant part of the the stay is the hotels superb Spa. Only had the breakfast but it was without fault. All produce was fresh, local and perfectly presented. Bread freshly baked and hot. The service was way above the norm from the receptionist Emanuele. I had some work things that I needed hotel assistance on. He could not have been more helpful. More importantly I wanted flowers for my partner. He had them sorted wirh a phonecall. He dropped them to the room with candles bath salt and essences together with a hotel gift of a bottle of Prosecco. I have stayed in many 5 star hotels across the world but Emanueles customers service was as good if not better than the best of them 5 stars for VSpa.

Staying in Tampere Maja definitely exceeded our expectations! Not even we were allowed to check in early after long bus trip, but we found everything thought of, including breakfast, kitchenette, reading corner and nicely decorated rooms. A pure fairytale in the center of Tartu!

Whole building is brand new. Clean and comfortable apartment. Very basic kitchen. Self check-in with codes. Decent price, great value.

Very nice interior, comfortable beds and quiet surroundings. Close to a grocery store and perfect location for an early morning visit to the Tartu University Hospital. Two separate bedrooms makes it possible to travel with family and friends without having to sacrifice in terms of privacy.

We stayed there with our two children. As we requested an extra bed (crib) for our baby, it was heart warming to see that even for the baby the bed was made (linen, blanket and pillow). Apartment is new, furniture is new, everything was clean and neat. Thank you ❤️
