Beautiful hotel with lots of personality and charm. Everyone was super friendly and nice. The breakfast and dinner were amazing, and the rooms clean and cute. We could watch the seals play right outside our window! I would recommend this hotel to everyone!

I love old town Esbjerg, so location was perfect. Also the closeness to train station was great. Stayed at CABINN in Copenhagen near train station some years ago and was very pleased with that stay too. I screwed up my booking for the 3 nights I stayed in Esbjerg, but staff got it sorted out! Since my family has a history back to the 1880. I will be back!!

He even gave us red roses as we were in Esbjerg for our wedding! Having some family members over and checking out late was no problem either. Great stay!

Staff were nearly as outraged as we were and took it upon themselves to contact third party to resolve. Apart from this very professional and friendly, happy to give recommendations about restaurants etc. Room was comfortable. Food in restaurant was reasonable. We were there during a music festival in the square in front of hotel. Whilst noisy was fun! Hotel felt more corporate than we had been used to in Denmark.

We arrived before check-in, and we were able to utilise the luggage storage and have a wonder around the town. The staff were helpful and gave clear directions to our room and luggage storage area. The breakfast was delicious, and while we were there, it was being kept topped up. As we had a larger lunch in the town at a nearby cafe, we were happy to use the Spar, which was located opposite the hotel for a light snack in the evening.

Whilst the hotel is quite basic, great for young travelers and families the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable (actually I had the best night sleep, very quiet).
