This wonderful cottage exceeded all of our expectations. Very well decorated, cosy and comfortable, especially with the fireplace on, after visiting the Christmas markets in a cold day. We really liked the location, very quiet which allows for a good night's sleep and In our case it was the ideal starting point to visit the Christmas markets in Dresden, Pirna, Bautzen, Chemnitz... and also to visit the Elbe Sandstone Mountains. The Rost family are great hosts, very attentive and responsive. If the cottage is free, I strongly advise you to book as you will certainly have a wonderful time there.

The hotel is located in a village close to some walking paths where we could go for walks with the dogs. It was quiet, classy yet with modern features. The room is spatious and spotlessly clean. A very cozy hotel near a neat castle with a woods area that opened up into a beautiful valley view. Quiet, clean and the themed rooms were fun. The staff were wonderful and always had a smile on their face. I traveled with my dog and it’s in a great location to explore Saxony and the National Park.
