It gives me great pleasure to give feedback on The Fontenay. We have stayed in numerous 5 Star hotels around the world over the last many years and we have never experienced anything like The Fontenay. It is very luxurious, elegantly decorated and has a charming and very welcoming atmosphere with very attentive and professional staff. The location is fantastic right at the beautiful Alster lake. In short it was a magical experience. We shall definitely come back. Thank you all at The Fontenay for making our stay with a truly memorable experience.

Everything, except Gala dinner, chef was terrible and his 5 course meal was also a disaster. we left starving at new years eve, and paid 300 usd per person!!!! other than that everything and staff was great

Fabulous hotel located perfectly near a beautiful lake in the heart of Hamburg. The building is beautifuly furnished and rooms are exquisitelly decorated, one of the best hotels I've ever visited, everything here is pure art. The staff takes customer services to another level, probably that's how royalty feels like 👌 Breakfast is absolutely delicious and served perfectly. Congratulations! Will definitely return, I highly recommend this hotel if visiting Hamburg.

The apartment was extremely clean. The kitchen is fully functional and well equipped. You have everything you need to feel at home. Shops are near by, and plenty of parks for walks. Pet friendly apartment and building. Windows on 3 sides of the building to ventilate the apartment, and very good heating system.

Apartman se nalazi u manjoj zgradi u mirnom i uređenom stambenom naselju. Lijepo uređen, novi, moderan i čist, prostrani apartman. Ima 2 velike spavaće sobe, 1 kupaonicu i 1 dobro opremljenu kuhinju/blagovaonicu. U svakoj prostoriji po 1 TV. Domaćin nas je dočekao te je ulazak u apartman bio brz i lagan. Dočekalo nas je hladno piće u hladnjaku te kapsule kave. Odlična lokacija na par minuta hoda od stanice javnog prijevoza Uhlandstrasse. Na 5 minuta hoda od apartmana smo našli pekarnicu s doručkom. Na 10 minuta šetnje od velikog jezera.
