When the room was cold (the heating system didn’t work properly), I called the owner of the apartment and they brought me a portable battery, which was a good idea. But after 5-6 hours the room heated up from the main heating. Thanks for the fast support and excellent service!

heritage building with vintage old charm. A++ for the service rendered by the ladies at the reception. they were most helpful with our luggages, especially since the lift was down for a while. There were a few of them (receptionists) on shift but all were very friendly and professional. They juggle many roles around the property as well but they do their best to please. Helpful in providing tourist advice. Spacious rooms. Complimentary fruits in the lobby for guest. We stayed here twice in our 3 weeks of travel. Additional bonus - Hotel provided COMPLIMENTARY Regional train cards for trains/ trams / buses. This was useful in us visiting the black forest region. The Italian restaurant Antica across the road is also great we ate there 4 times.
