Secure underground parking in very hot summer day car stayed cool. Grocery shop was just next door and it was very convenient leaving in apartment. Price for stay was reasonable.

Be sure to visit Luisenhof, Dresden restaurant. Only 5-10 min walk from house. Amazing view. Walking down to river Elbe did not take long time. Lots of lots of stairs though. Be sure to stay more than 1 night there.
