We rent apartments like this very often and in different countries, but this one was the best we had so far. Everything is new and modern. Bed and couch very, very comfortable, we slept like on clouds. Kitchen and bathroom equipped with everything someone needs ( oil, vinegar, salt,condiments, sugar, coffee, tea, pots,frying pans, soap,shampoo, shower gel etc). We enjoyed our stay and nothing was missing. We will come back here if we visit again Augsburg. The private parking it was also something we where searching. The apartment is on first floor so we didn't have to climb to many stairs. The owner was very welcoming and answered fast to all our questions and helped us to settle in fast and easy. We recommend it!
