More or less everything. Excellent welcome and very helpful staff. Excellent room, very large and quiet and well heated (it was winter). Even though we were on the main street, the acoustic insulation was quite OK, and no noise came from the street or elsewhere. Large and perfectly functioning bathroom. Excellent breakfast in a large and nice room with plenty of choice (even real orange juice, for a change). Parking very close and easy to reach from inside the hotel. Very good location to walk downtown. On the whole, a recommendable 5 star hotel: expensive, not tremendously fancy (and we don't like too fancy hotels which charge for silly things), but overall worth it.

This is a lovely apartment that is perfect for a city trip. There is a tram stop very close to the apartment, but you can also easily reach the main train station and the historic city centre by foot. Munich is also well within reach by train (between 30 and 45 min from the station). At the apartment you have all you need, and the owner cares a lot about your comfort.
