Hotel upgraded me to a larger corner room when there was a water issue in the bathroom. That was very nice of them. A few of the nights we didn't have hot water in the evening, but they removed a room night from the total bill which was the correct thing to do. Other than that, the hotel and location are absolutely lovely. Perfect blend of grand luxury in a small hotel.

Friendly helpful happy staff. breakfast was delicious and great service although this should have been included in our room rate. i am surprised for what we paid per night that they didn’t include breakfast for us. this was the only disappointment with the hotel.
