The staff, the location, the scent (def must buy), the food, everything is amazing. Everytime I stay here, they exceed my expectations. The rooms are very nice, the bed is amazing. The setup for your pet is the most adorable thing I´ve ever seen. They treat you and your pets like royalty. Absolutely worth it. Wouldn't stay someplace else.
