첫인상은 직원들이 아주 친절하다는 것이다. 방에 들어가니, 방이 매우 깨끗하고 짜임새있었다. 특히나 수건을 처음 썼을 때, 호텔이 얼마나 청결에 신경을 쓰는지 알 수 있을 정도로 좋았다. 물론 조식도 종류가 풍부하고 맛이 있었다. 전체적으로 아주 좋았다.

the location, just right off the train station. The host was following up and providing support all times during the stay. There was nothing to complain about in our room. It would be highly recommended for family or a group of friends. Enjoy Lugano!

The apartment is perfectly clean, instructions to get there were very clear, all is new and has all necessary to have a pleasant stay. Kitchen with full appliances plus essentials like salt, sugar, tea, oil etc. Would definitely stay there again!

조용하고 깨끗한 주거단지에 위치해 있었고, 깔끔하고 세련된 디자인과 편안한 침대가 좋았어요. 무료로 주차할 수 있는 점도 큰 장점이었습니다. 호스트가 추천해준 푸니쿨라타고 올라간 브레산은 잊을 수 없는 추억이 될 것 같습니다. 숙소에서 걸어서 5분만 가면 됩니다.

The amazing view is worth all the money. The apartament is spacious, equipped with everything you might need, good tv and WiFi. There was coffee, tea, milk, jam, bread waiting for us. We only stayed for one night and most of the time we were on the balcony enjoying the view. Contactless check in and safe garage for the car.

Close to the lake (8-10min walk), in a quiet and cozy area. Small cafe downstairs - handy for early/late snacking. Comfortable sleeping space (both bed and sofa). Fully equipped kitchen with everything you might need. Very helpful and friendly staff at the reception. Underground parking and Ticino pass available for free.

The terras is outstanding, with a sunny, broad view, also on the garden/palm trees. Inside is spacious and clean, newly and tastefully decorated. All facilities present (and working fine). Next to that Corinne has a very warm welcome. Also present: a shipload of information and maps of the region.
