Staff more than friendly, we feel at home!!! Very nice breakfast, lots of home made marmelades, very close to a bus stop that gives directly to the city town! Room/bathroom are very clean, courtesy apple/water/coffe. Every other time at Lucerne we will stay at this property!

I recently spent four nights at A&Y Penthouse, and it was truly exceptional. Having traveled extensively throughout Europe and stayed in various accommodations, I can confidently say that this was an unparalleled experience. Adorable hotel, great value for the money. Naiara, in reception, was lovely! She gave us a printout of places to sightsee in Lucerne - center just 15 minutes away. Fantastic restaurant, great food and staff. Beautiful views of the lake. Bathrobes and slippers, so nice! Great coffee in our room in the morning.

Large rooms, they very generously made our beds every morning and changed the sheets and towels, amazing location. Really big eating area (good for working remotely) and great wifi.
