Staff more than friendly, we feel at home!!! Very nice breakfast, lots of home made marmelades, very close to a bus stop that gives directly to the city town! Room/bathroom are very clean, courtesy apple/water/coffe. Every other time at Lucerne we will stay at this property!

I recently spent four nights at A&Y Penthouse, and it was truly exceptional. Adorable hotel, great value for the money. Naiara, in reception, was lovely! She gave us a printout of places to sightsee in Lucerne - center just 15 minutes away. Fantastic restaurant, great food and staff. Beautiful views of the lake. Bathrobes and slippers, so nice! Great coffee in our room in the morning.
