Excellent price. Extremely efficient logistics. Lovely crew that is caring and extremely responsive. Room is very silent and comfy. Very good showers with private space for hanging towels and clothes. Location right next to Löwenplatz and other tourist attractions is astonishing. The locker size is more than enough to store big luggage. You can keep luggage there for free until 23pm after the check out, which is very useful.

Penthouse’s design is excellent. The penthouse is clean and tidy. We sleep very well in every night. The kitchen is fully equipped and we can cooked all the time. Yannick is very helpful and provides useful information to us.

Adorable hotel, great value for the money. Naiara, in reception, was lovely! She gave us a printout of places to sightsee in Lucerne - center just 15 minutes away. Fantastic restaurant, great food and staff. Beautiful views of the lake. Bathrobes and slippers, so nice! Great coffee in our room in the morning.

Large rooms, they very generously made our beds every morning and changed the sheets and towels, amazing location. Really big eating area (good for working remotely) and great wifi.

Very noce place to stay for night or two. We had 2 connected rooms with comfortable beds. Very nice breakfast. Staff was very helpful. The hotel has a garage which you can book in advance - really useful.
