clear instructions for key safe to pick up room keys after reception hours - superb location with a view on Lake Constance and just a stone throw away from Konstanz Central Railway Station (Germany) and Kreuzlingen Hafen railway station (CH) - cleanliness - friendly staff - rich and delicious breakfast in buffet style with something for everyone's taste , I personally just loved the homemade yummy Swiss Bircher Muesli - on 1st January breakfast even included a glass of sparkling wine - if you are staying 3 days or more, you might want to take advantage of acquiring the OSKAR (Eastern Switzerland Guest Card) for CHF 15/day, including all public transport (bus/train) in the 7 eastern Switzerland Cantons and the cable car up to Mount Säntis among other things, really great value for money!

Bianca is just the best host you can imagine. We were taken care of a lot and she had all the good tips to make the stay extra good. The house is also super close to konstanz center so you can easily walk there to have dinner and a nice time at lake konstanz. Definitely a recommendation
