Everything 10/10 Especially Ms. Yohanna, who did not hesitate to provide everything we needed, as well as the location of the hotel, the delicious breakfast, and the cleanliness of the place. The hotel was recently renovated, as well as private parking. I advise everyone to stay in it.

This was the perfect getaway for a week in the mountains; we loved the close proximity to many of the Achensee attractions (the Erlebnis Card is well worth the money), but it was also easy to spend a day relaxing in the well-appointed spa. What really set this property apart, though, was the fantastic customer service. We received personal support on all of our requests: including adding a few extra touches for a birthday we celebrated while there. And the food each night as part of the half pension (breakfast + dinner) was a highlight we looked forward to each day. If you are visiting this hotel, make sure you choose this half pension rate - it would be hard to summarize well enough how good the food was; suffice it to say that each night provided a different five course fine dining menu - and all directly within the hotel. We loved our stay and will definitely choose this hotel again if visiting the area.

The owners are incredibly nice and accommodating. The atmosphere was very welcoming and friendly. The restaurant has amazing views over the mountains and tasty food at very reasonable prices and we had the BEST Kaiserschmarrn. Great location with amazing views to the mountains and the lake. Everything we wanted to see was within our reach. Lake, Waterfalls, Roman cable car, supermarkets - everything is within walking distance. Sufficient space to park the car. Kitchen well-equipped. Nice fire place for colder evenings. The place is clean, and well taken care of. Oliver is a great host who loves to provide for his guests, whether it is for local attractions and activities, or any other tips you may need. Would not have a single doubt to recommend anyone to stay here.
