EVERYTHING! Let’s start with Ann ! She’s a great host and very smart and nice to talk to ! She maintains the house all by herself 💪🏼 She caters to the guests and also serves up some amazing breakfast . The rooms were great . The view is great . And it’s a lovely walk into town by the riverside . And it’s not just value for money ! It’s a steal deal ! If you’re in Lienz don’t even think twice just book this place if it’s available ! Everything. Location is good - just 1 min from town. Room is clean, spacious and very comfortable. Staff are nice and friendly. Breakfast is amazing! The best breakfast we have had so far in our 1.5 weeks in the Dolomites region. There’s an elevator. We arrived in Lienz on a rainy Sunday (when everything in town was closed) and we were very happy to have such a comfortable place to relax in for the afternoon and night.
