The staff were absolutely incredible. Laura went out of her way to help us find the correct busses and taxis to Soll, the manager of the restaurant was so attentive and kind, always with a smile on his face and asking how our breakfast was. The breakfast was ample and so delicious, a huge variety. The rooms were turned down nicely and the location of the hotel is perfect. We even got Kufstein passes from the hotel which gave us free public transport to Soll and free entrance into sight seeing in the areas. Getting to the ski slopes in Soll was very easy, with the bus stop around the corner. Cant recommend it enough!

it was so comfortable. The shower was exceptional. The breakfast was outstanding. All local breads, cheese, and meats. The manager at reception was professional and friendly. She was at breakfast too and made sure everyone had what they needed. We loved this hotel.

The staff was extremely friendly, especially to pets! I travelled with two dogs, of which one is scared of strangers and tends to bark sometimes, but the staff was completely understanding and even pet the dog, showing fear wasn't necessary!
