The host, Manfred, is a delight! He lives on-site so there is no problem in checking-in. He's a fount of knowledge and advice. The small room had everything required - fully-equipped kitchen, comfy lounge, TV+apps, good Wi-Fi. The washing machine was a bonus. Small semi-private area outside appt to relax with a beer and a book. Tip: Press the buzzer button named "Manfred + ..." at the entrance. Tip: Go to Friesach - fabulous little side trip for FREE on the SBahn to a walled village. Tip: A SPAR is just behind the Lidl.

Location was perfect. Parking was in near (50 m) public parking garage. We got the parking cart for the garage. We stay a few hours after check out in Klagenfurt, so we asked if we could use the garage a few hours after check out. We could, so it was perfect.

Very elegant. Convenient to downtown, right outside your door. Very secure. Close to the Easter Markets🐣 and church.

Very clean and warm appartment, well equiped, with all kind of mashines and kitchenware, you name it-you have it. Wi-fi worked perfectly. it's in center, quiet area. Key was easy accessable as well as the parking card. Parking was close. Children enjoyed their stay as well.

The apartment is an in law suite in the basement of a single family home- It has a completely separate entrance and there is an excavated area allowing for plenty of light so that the apartment felt bright and airy even in bad weather- There is also enough room for outdoor seating and grilling. The apartment itself is modern and very clean with a large shower and sauna area ideal for a lazy weekend getaway.
