We enjoyed very much staying at Yvonne's and Rainer's place. Even if the apartment was below the ground level it still had windows and natural light. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the kitchen well equiped. The only welcomed addition would be some salt/pepper/sugar in the kitchen. The house has a very generous back yard with a trampoline, swings, sandbox, football goal where the children loved to play. There is also a very nice lake nearby at a few minutes walking distance, and there is also a hiking/biking route in the area. Rainer was also kind enough to recommend the Europa park where the kids enjoyed playing for free on all the nice amenities. We will definitely be back.

good breakfast, everything is near. additional value are free bycicles and boats at the private beach of the lake. Farm animals are great for children.

Very friendly couple were our hosts, they even helped us to book a kiropraticioner when my husband had a terrible backache. Beautiful cat, horses in the neighour, fresh air and mountain/medow view. The apartment is prepared to accomodate families with a small kid also. Everything was cosy an very-very clean. Perfect.

Great and super friendly owner, very open and helpful. Awesome view, Animals (goats, cows, rabbits running around). Clean and nice. Spar shop 2km away, lake side seen from bedroom window. Very quiet place. To Klagenfurt City center 20min by car.

la tranquilidad del lugar, su amplio jardín. en l cocina había cosas básicas para cocinar (aceite, sal, vinagre) incluso nos dejaron para poder hacer café ya que llegamos por la noche.

Very nice host and very well equipped flat. We had a wonderful time. We came for the IRONMAN race on Sunday, it is the perfect location to enjoy Klagenfurt without being in the city center. We especially liked the bed which was very comfortable. We definitely recommed.

Mario’s hospitality was amazing - always making sure we have all we need and much more. Private beach was great and they have put a lot of thought into every detail like games activities for the kids, restaurant map, towels for the lake and many more
