The room decoration and facilities were impressive. There was a bottle of wine for welcome drink. The staffs were helpful and friendly. It was convenient for us to be able to buy Innsbruck Travel Card from the hotel reception.

We was traveling with our 10month old son and I asking for a baby bed for our little boy. When we arrived to the room, there was everything prepared for staying with little kid. Not only bed, but also diaper changing mat and baby stair gate. Room was very clean and really nice. All staff was very kind and the possibility to see the cows was something in addition.

If you are travelling in Europe, Innsbruck is a must visit. Quartier 99 is a great apartment to stay in Innsbruck. It is in an excellent location, just a short walk across the river to catch the cable car up to the top of Innsbruck and to the old town and the centre of Innsbruck. The apartment was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the facilities were excellent.

Cosy single room with everything you need, including cooking facilities. The Tram ride to and from innsbruck is beautiful. Breakfast is in a lovely room. I wish I could swim in the pool but it was too cold during the time I was there. There are many accessible hikes in the area.

Great location, great view, excellent taste in interior design. I long to stay here soon, or at least stop by to have breakfast again here someday! The whole city is a sight for sore eyes, but staying in Faktorei made everything perfect!

The apartment was really clean and a very good size. The location is amazing - 10 min walk to the town centre but also very quiet and traditional. Lovely 'wirt' just around the corner.Everyone was super friendly and the hosts were very accommodating. They even offer to drive us to the station. We will go back to see more of Innsbruck and we will surely stay here again.

Ens vam allotjar tres nits en el magnífic apartament amb balcó. L’amfitriona és molt amable. L’apartament és súper modern u preciós, i tot és de qualitat. Està situat a la finca familiar agrícola, i té unes vistes esplèndides. Ofereixen moltíssim serveis: per exemple, rentadora i assecadora gratuïtes, servei de pa al matí, servei de verdures del seu propi hort, etcètera. Pel fet d’allotjar-te a l’establiment, reps una targeta (guest card) que entre d’altres coses et permet agafar l’autobús gratuïtament fins a Innsbruck. La parada està situada a cinc minuts de la casa i és molt freqüent. Sense cap mena de dubte, repetiríem.

The location is wonderful, with mountains direct from the door. Our apartment had 2 separate bedrooms which was perfect for 4 people (one has twin beds). The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and the host is really friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and comfortable. There is also a free parking available.
