The size of the apt is great for family. Cleanliness is up to standards. Children enjoyed having games at their disposal.

The room is spacious for family and it is very clean. There is small super market Billa downstairs and a bakery/coffee next building, a Chinese restaurant at 2-min walking and asmall big super makbi about same position, direct bus to Jakominiplaz city center bus inter-change, I would say it is very good for longer stay with local day-pass.

This is probably the cleanest apartment that we've ever stayed in. Check-in was easy. We got the keys from the office (easy to find on a main street) and the staff was very helpful and gave lots of additional information and answered questions. Parking is on-site and secured. Highly recommended.

The venue is brand new and our apartment (#8) was clean, spacious and comfortable. Quiet neighbourhood, city center is 15 minutes by foot. Street parking was easy on a weekend. Easy and friendly communication and self-check in via keypad.
