We choose the apartment primarily because of position (nearest accomodation to the cable car), but we got much more. Apartment is beautifully designed with one wall in glass, terrace with great lake view and the forrest behind. It is equiped with everything you need even for longer stay (wash machine, dishwasher, many more appliences and the tiniest things you could imagine). And everything is new. Also great hosts!
