What I found the best was the communication with the property owner, José, to be thorough, with quick replies. His property is situated centrally, within walking distance to bus station. The apartment is very clean, with a kitchen that features a nice size fridge, an oven, microwave and a window that overlooks a small balcony and the street below, 10 stories up. His instructions of gaining access are clear and quite simple. There is a comfy bed, a small living room with couch and a dining table. The kitchen has several different teas and coffee, and there are nice pots and pans for preparing a meal, with sufficient silverware and cooking utensils.
