Easy check-out process && owner was kind enough to check in with instructions before && for feedback during my stay. Also really close proximity to the airport- only 15min drive!

Boasting a garden and views of mountain, The Avenue House is a recently renovated guest house set in Cape Town, 4.1 km from CTICC. The Avenue House is a great place to stay if you’re looking to discover the vibrant/artsy neighborhood of Woodstock. It is well located in quiet street, only a short walk away from the action (aka Victoria Rd and Albert Rd). We enjoyed chatting with the very friendly manager of the guesthouse, Tabitha. The house itself is super clean and recently painted and decorated so everything feels fresh. HOWEVER, HE ALREADY MADE ARRANGEMENTS TO ACCOMMODATE ME IN ANOTHER PROPRTY AND ARRAGED TO COMPENSATE ME WITH TRANSPORT TO THE OTHER PROPERTY. THAT WAS INDEED VERY PROFFESSIONAL TO ME, THANKS.
