The staff & owner at this hotel truly went above and beyond to make my stay an amazing experience, the level of professionalism, attention to detail and friendliness is rare to find. The rooms is absolutely modern and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and should there be something else you need, you just ask them and you will have it delivered to your room immediately. As I mention above, the level of service was impeccable and I just have to mention a few members of them that made my experience extra special, Ms. Linda at reception, Duong at Edenmoon Bar and Mi at buffet breakfast. You can tell that they love their job and really care about their guest. Thanks for an amazing experience.

Huong Giang Bungalow is located in Duong Dong, just 100 metres from the beach. It houses an à la carte restaurant and offers complimentary Wi-Fi access. Staff were exceptionally helpful and accommodating. Arranged transportation for me and also let me adjust my entire reservation to make a day later checking in and out with no extra charge when I missed my flight. Kind and cool people. Also offered to mail my charger and EarPods when I left it behind! AC worked really well.

Situated within 1.6 km of Dinh Cau Beach and 1.8 km of Sung Hung Pagoda, Soho Inn provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Phu Quoc. Amazing stay at Soho Inn!! Originally booked for 8 days, but extended another 6 days because I enjoyed the stay. The owner was so kind and helpful— arranged a 4-island tour, rented out a very reliable motorbike, gave tips on great places to visit, arranged a taxi ride to the airport, and helped me get a little lizard out of my room. Only a 2 minute walk to the beach through Sea Star Resort; close to food and bar options on the beach! The bed and pillows were superiorly comfortable, Aircon worked great, fantastic lighting in the room, tv had a wide variety of channels, acceptable wifi in the room, excellent wifi in the lobby. Loved this hotel and will definitely be staying at Soho Inn if I come back to Phu Quoc!
