Even before we arrived Lee and Kim made us feel welcomed and safe as they messaged us personally to welcome us and introduce themselves. Their warmth and attention throughout our stay made this a wonderful experience. We had a relaxing massage as well in the hotel spa and then slept like babies... we also had laundry done for us and our clothes smelt great!! We highly recommend this hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Gateway Inn Villa Hoi An andi have to say, it was one of the best experiences i’ve had i a villa. From the moment i arrived, the staff were so welcoming and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The villa itself was absolutely stunning, with beautiful traditional decor and modern amenities. The private pool was the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring Hoi An. The villa is also conveniently located close to the Old Town (2km), making it easy to explore the area. The highlight of my stay was definitely the breakfast. The food was delicious and the staff were so accommodating, ensuring that all my dietary requirements were met. Overall, I couldn't recommend Gateway enough. The staff were amazing, the villa was beautiful, and the location was perfect. I will definitely be returning on my next trip to Hoi An!

The owners are wonderful people, very kind and helpful. Room was clean and spacious, breakfast very tasty. We used a lot of tips from the owner and thanks to her our trip was even better. Best experience so far in Vietnam!
