Situated in Hoi An, 200 metres from Assembly Hall of Chaozhou Chinese Congregation, Hoian Central Hotel features accommodation with free bikes, free private parking, an outdoor swimming pool and a... The staff were very cheerful, friendly & helpful. The room was nice and large with huge bathroom. Breakfast was amazing! Location was excellent, close to ancient town and eateries. Really love this small and old style hotel and will definitely be back! Highly recommend.

The hostess was wonderful! Even bought me a banh mi and coffee for breakfast the one day and met me at my tour to give to me when she realized they already picked me up! She helped me book the train and gave me a snack bag to bring with me. 😍 She was very responsive and available. She provides a paper with recommendations of things to do around the city. It feels like a home away from home!

We could have chosen one of the western style resorts in Hoi An, but they’re sterile and unwelcoming. We strongly preferred Kaia: hospitable, stylish, and a lovely place to stay.
