Not only did they help with anything you may need, they also are just so nice to chat and hang out with. The beds are comfy and the rooms are super clean, including the bathrooms. Location is central & if you stay for a few nights it's perfect, but for long term having to walk through the night market every night can be tiring. Awesome they have a shower for when you arrive early from an overnight bus.

Featuring an indoor pool, Lantana Boutique Hoi An Hotel is just 600 metres from Hoi An Ancient Town. It offers modern and elegant accommodation and boasts a fitness centre. The best hotel I've stayed at in Vietnam so far! The location is perfect, 5-7 minutes walk to the ancient town/water front and the hotel itself is extremely well maintained, clean and includes all amenities. The breakfast is very good, I usually struggle as I'm a vegetarian but there were so many options to choose from. There is a small fitness centre, swimming pool and spa - I had a massage there and it was lovely. The staff are all extremely warm and welcoming and helped me to book all the day trips and tours during my stay. The small touches like them greeting me by my name were very nice and made me feel very well looked after. A special thanks to Jenny who was always bright and cheerful and contributed to my stay at the hotel being a very happy memory.
