Communication was excellent and the staff were incredibly inviting. The shuttle bus that ran between the hotel and Hoi An town and the beach was amazing. The staff were always ready to help and one even waited with umbrellas as it was so hot in Hoi A that day. Very good choice for breakfast. If you leave early in the morning they even prepare a breakfast box for you to take. Would go again and would recommend to both couples and families.

The food is healthy and garden fresh. Free yoga and Qigong classes and workshops. Manager Ms. Luyen was exceptional in making my stay comfortable. She leads the way by setting a great example to her staff.
