Set 3 km from Vietnam Museum of Ethnology, VNAHOMES APARTHOTEL offers 4-star accommodation in Hanoi and has a fitness centre, a garden and a shared lounge. Clean and comfortable stay at a good price. Hotel apartment was large and spacious with very good amenities - hair dryer, kitchen with microwave and fridge, tvs, safe, washer etc etc. Location is good, just a stones throw from west lake with many cafes in the vicinity. Neighbourhood feels safe and lively as well. Receptionists were very pleasant and proactive and always offered their services when they can which was really welcoming. Gym was comfortable although a tad small. Overall, a very pleasant stay and I will certainly be back again whenever I happen to be in the area.

My brother and I spent about a week here in this new hotel with some nice amenities. The infinite pool facing the West Lake was like no other. The staff provided excellent service and hospitality. Patrick at the front desk was very attentive and helpful. He offered recommendations for places and even called around to make reservations for us. This is a lifesaver when you don't speak the local language, nor have the time to wait around on the phone. Highly recommended for visitors who wants to have a relaxing time and let the professional handles the reservations and coordinations.

It is so peaceful and relaxing here. Everything about Lua is great! The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful, especially the receptionists Kim & Vu who are super nice. I stayed here 5 nights and wanted to stay longer...but I certainly will be back again. You won't regret staying here.

This accommodation exceeded my expectations; I expected way less for this price. You actually get a clean, big, beautiful, modern flat for this price with a kitchen and all the necessities. (Unfortunately, I only have videos not pictures of the accommodation but trust my word when I tell you it's so well-equipped that they even have more things than you need.) I definitely recommend this accommodation.
