My niece and I had the best experience in Hanoi Traveller House. We like the location, it's very central and easy access to everything. The hotel is very clean and the staff are really nice and very helpful giving us tips how to navigate the city. They helped me to book my tours and allowed us to leave our luggages eventhough we already checked out. Because we liked our 2 night- stay when we arrived in Hanoi, we cancelled our booking from another hotel and spent our last 2 nights in Hanoi in this hotel. Tami,the hotel manager along with the other staff are very accomodating and willing to help with everything to make our vacation in Vietnam more enjoyable. They also offered us a taxi ride from and to airport for a reasonable price. Oh, and also the breakfast was really good. We felt so at home! I would stay here again if ever I come back to Hanoi and I would reccomend this hotel.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, they made us feel very welcome. We ended up getting a free upgrade to a bigger room. The cleanliness was right on spot and the breakfast really delicious and diverse. I’d love to stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at here. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. I highly recommend this charming hotel for anyone visiting the area!

Excellent experience. Special thanks to Tracey (?) who helped me sort out a football ticket for Hanoi FC. She's a star. Staff helps customers with everything, incl. transport and SIM card.

I loved the feeling of security and comfort that I got after a long day of exploring and adventuring outside. It was like coming home to a safe harbor. The staff were all lovely and professional; they greeted us with drinks and snacks even when our arrival time was near midnight! They also warmly welcomed us to our room when we returned after a day trip to Ninh Binh. The hotel was just great at making us feel special. The room is spacious enough for me, my husband, and my 3-year-old. The hotel is located near Train Street, and there are tons of great street food options just around the corner. The staff was also swift in helping us book shuttles to and from the airport, as well as a direct shuttle limousine to our homestay in Tam Coc. All in all, would definitely come again!
