Attractively situated in the Ba Dinh district of Hanoi, The Flower Boutique Hotel & Travel is situated 1.1 km from Quan Thanh Temple, 1.1 km from Hanoi Old City Gate and 1.6 km from West Lake. The hotel was new and seemed to be trying to make a name for itself in a saturated market. This wasn't a bad point though as the staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a good one. The beds were amazingly comfortable and I would go as good to say one of the best we stayed at in Vietnam. Breakfast was a very decent offering, on the top floor with the usual buffet selections as well as a menu selection of fresh options cooked to order (also included) such as Crepes, French Toast and Omelettes and a view that you can get lost in.

I had a fantastic stay at this accommodation! It was impeccably clean, and the owner was incredibly helpful. Everything felt brand new, and the spaciousness was a pleasant surprise. They even provided extra services, making my stay even more enjoyable. Plus, it was wonderfully quiet at night. Highly recommended!

Located in Hanoi, 1.9 km from One Pillar Pagoda, The Five Residences Hanoi provides accommodation with a fitness centre, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. The 2-bedroom apartment was well equipped and very clean. The bedrooms were separated by the kitchen which provided additional privacy for all. The kitchen was well stocked with crockery, cutlery and utensils etc. The apartment was cleaned each day, great service. We breakfasted each morning in the dining room. Lots of choice ranging from Vietnamese to western options. The staff were wonderful - friendly and helpful. We stayed for 10 days and during that time we had dinner in the restaurant, along with ordering room service one night. We used the spa, pool and sauna and arranged to have massages. There is a supermarket and a cafe (Coffee House) downstairs. Lotte Shopping Centre is not too far away, catch a Grab if it's hot and humid. Could recommend highly The Five Residences Hanoi.
