The hotel was new and seemed to be trying to make a name for itself in a saturated market. This wasn't a bad point though as the staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a good one. The beds were amazingly comfortable and I would go as good to say one of the best we stayed at in Vietnam. Breakfast was a very decent offering, on the top floor with the usual buffet selections as well as a menu selection of fresh options cooked to order (also included) such as Crepes, French Toast and Omelettes and a view that you can get lost in.

I had a fantastic stay at this accommodation! It was impeccably clean, and the owner was incredibly helpful. Everything felt brand new, and the spaciousness was a pleasant surprise. They even provided extra services, making my stay even more enjoyable. Plus, it was wonderfully quiet at night. Highly recommended!

I’ll definetely comeback at this hotel soon!

Strategically located in Hanoi, Lotte Hotel Hanoi offers modern and luxurious accommodation with free WiFi access throughout the property. We stayed for 4 days during our trip in Hanoi and it’s a lovely property with highest views from top of Hanoi. Food was great and large variety. 63rd floor bar was very nice and staff is excellent too, specially I want to thank SON LE for his excellent hospitality and customer service and Ms.CHINH bat stewardess working at the 63floor bar for her excellent customer service and the hospitality. Indoor pool is very nice and very clean.
