Ideally located in the heart of San Francisco's Performing Arts District, near vibrant Hayes Valley neighborhood. Clearly recently refurbished - a beautiful, totally charming boutique hotel next to the ballet. Rooms, hallways, elevator and lobby were all thoughtfully designed and a very relaxing place to stay. The location was very central but the street we were on didn't feel unsafe at all. The facilities all worked very well also, and every member of staff we spoke to were friendly and helpful.

This centrally located hotel is just 5 minutes’ drive away from San Francisco Civic Center, which has attractions such as the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium, City Hall and the Asian Art Museum. Perfect location next to one bus line and close to many things worth seeing. No fear for the homeless as others suggest, they are on the other side of Van Ness where you catch the bus. Clean and comfortable and a free parking ! Perfect !
