Situated within 3 km of San Francisco City Hall and 3.1 km of University of San Francisco, The Hotel Castro San Francisco features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in San Francisco. We loved pretty much everything, especially sleeping with Freddy Mercury and the location was top notch. The beds were fabulously comfortable. The response to my call regarding the elevator breakdown was very rapid and the CV of communication by email was excellent. These things happen so we don't blame the hotel one bit. Unlike previous guests on the second floor, we had no noise nuisance issues from the Lobby Bar below.

Le aspettative non sono state deluse. I bagni in comune sempre puliti. Quartiere tranquillo, vicinissimo a Castro e Mission. Stanze piccine ma molto utile il lavandino in stanza. Pulizia quotidiana.

It is a safe neighborhood, considering that it is San Francisco. The stairs that lead to the rooms can be accessed only with key cards, so it feels safe. We asked for a microwave, and they gave us one. There is a safe, coffee machine and a mini fridge in the room. Parking is free and there was always enough space to park. They have a nice deck to sit on and fabulous coffee house (Peet's) across the street. The same coffee capsules are also provided in the room. The beds are comfortable and the toiletries nice.

All was good except Internet, sometimes its slow but night was quite, room was ok and location also nice.
