The staff was superb and got me booked in earlier than expected. The location is excellent for an overnight stay as the Sky Train is across the street. I used the business centre to print documents for my flight with no issues and when departing, staff was very kind to call a neighbouring hotel shuttle as I had just missed the hotel’s shuttle. The pool was very nice to relax in as well. The bed was very comfortable as well.

The shuttle drivers to the airport were so so friendly and so helpful. They really stood out and made our experience fantastic :)
