The hotel exceeded all of our expectations. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, the breakfast and afternoon snacks were very good. Rooms were clean and very comfortable, very close to Universal and several fast food restaurants. The assistant manager (Philipp) was exceptionally friendly and helpful with everything. Will definitely return on our next trip!

The rooms will sleep 6 with enough room and a good size bathroom area, fridge/microwave and coffee making area. Pool is quiet and clean with towels available without any drama. Check this out from someone who stayed on universal for 9 days and then here for 1 before flying home.
